Little Precious Moments!!
Ducklings,
For every mother her children are the most beautiful babies in the world and the same applied to your very practical critical mom.(Trust me I went gaga over your skinny faces). Becoming a parent is life changing experience is an understatement. You sometimes fail to understand how you can love another more than yourself but that is what parenthood does. I know that you will be amazing fathers.
First month of your arrival went past in a whirl as all our time was devoted to observing every tiny thing you did. Even if you yawned we were delighted. So many visitors came to look at my ducklings and celebrate and bless their arrival. Mommy learned how to hold you,feed you,bathe you,clean you and most importantly understand you. Most babies sleep through their first few months but you guys ohh no...You wanted to see the world, talk to your mommy, trouble your dad so you were awake most of the time crying.
Anecdote:
So we had a jhappa maid to help mommy take care of you. She was amazing and she really helped us look after you. So once she was changing Ivaan's nappy and simultaneously criticising how frequently you guys soil your clothes. I think Ivaan was not too happy to hear all that criticism so he took matters into his own hands or I should say butt. He pooped so hard that his potty went flying and landed straight onto her lips. Dude he always had a great aim!!
Papa version : The aim was good with peeing also , I remember a few faces getting washed by "IviJal".
We enjoyed feeding you, serving you , so much that we asked jaapa nurse to go sleep while we both sat and planned things for you. And talked through till 5 AM , that's when jaapa used to come in and Daddy went to sleep in other room.
Your first baby cot belonged to Aanya Bhatia , given to us generously by her mom dad and our one of dearest friend , Amit - Monica Bhatia.
