Tummy Troubles!

Ducklings,

It was August 2015 that you came into mummy's tummy and the trouble started. We went to the doctor expecting one of you but instead found two. Dad almost fainted when doctor said there might be three not two of you. However, God said two are enough. Then the 36 long weeks wait started. We saw you grow from a tiny dot on screen to perfect little limbs, hands and face. Shrihaan was always dancing and naughty Ivi was always hiding. Me & Dad enjoyed that time tremendously because we got a bonus Yay Yay yay !! Our family was complete.

Anecdote:
So went to the Doctor to get a progress report on your growth. After a long wait when mom's turn came,to our dismay doctor could not find Ivi. He decided to play hide & seek with mommy . Doctor advised to bribe him and eat something good. We went to sagar ratna (yes, dad's favourite) and mom gobbled down a dosa pleading the little champ to come out and show his face. We went back and lo and behold the chipmunk came out dancing. Till date dad is convinced that Ivi loves south Indian food just like him.

Papa version : Well this was the day , that changed everything . Our plans (which never come true) went haywire once again. Expecting a baby girl (only one) , we ended up with two ( not knowing your gender then ) . I knew then and there " it's time to start working doubly hard " because it's double the joy entering our family. Papa named you both "Minions" (after the cartoon characters in movie "Despicable me" )

Every moment from here on till 36 weeks was a delicate time for you and mama. I remember walking up to the doc and asking her if your mommy is healthy enough to carry you both.
Rest is history !
